Kale has been on the top of everyone's grocery list all year! Here we have incorporated into this robust, healthy and flavourful winter soup!
2. Tomato and Goat Cheese Tart
Why did we love this tomato and goat cheese tart so much? Not only is it stunning, but it is ultra-versatile. Use store-bought puff pastry and whip this tart up for a satisfying breakfast, brunch or even dinner!
3. Turkey Burgers with Avocado and Hummus
These turkey burgers, topped with avocado and hummus, are a lightened-up version of a regular burger and, quite simply, are darned delcious.
4. Quick and Easy Veggie Pizza
Quick and easy to make, this veggie pizza topped with crumbled goat cheese rivals delivery, but is supremely healthy too!
5. Bittersweet Chocolate & Sea Salt Cookies
We made A LOT of cookies this year (check out our 12 days of holiday cookies round-up below), but we must say that these seriously decadent cookies, studded with bittersweet chocolate chunks and spiked with sea salt, stole our hearts (and tummies!) this year.
