Popcorn is a healthy and delicious snack that takes just 10 minutes to whip up. A fun snack for movie night with the kids.

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp coarse sea salt
1 tablespoon finely grated lime zest
Heat oil in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat until hot (adding a single popcorn kernal and waiting for it to pop will tell you when oil is ready). Add remaining popcorn kernels to pot and cover. Cook, shaking pan occasionally, until you hear the popping slow down, about 7-8 minutes. Remove pot from heat and let stand, covered, for about 1 minute. Alternatively, follow instructions or make popcorn using a popcorn maker.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together parmesan, sea salt and lime zest. Transfer popcorn to a large bowl and toss with parmesan mixture to coat well.
