1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and diced
1 large handful baby kale leaves
1 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 zucchini, chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) chia seeds
2 tbsp vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup almond, soy or cow's milk
Place all ingredients in a large blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
