A fresh & vibrant smoothie with a little kick

Found yourself in a bit of a smoothie rut lately? Adding the same 4 ingredients to your vitamix blender and then mindlessly slurping it back on your commute to work? We think it's time to put some bang back into your morning routine and we've got the perfect smoothie recipe to do the trick. So, next time you pull out that blender, think to add some fresh ginger, plump blackberries and lime like in this flavour-packed blackberry, lime & ginger smoothie. We promise your taste buds and your waist-line will thank you!
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1 cup fresh blackberries
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
juice of 1 lime
pinch of ground cinnamon
1 tbsp honey or agave
1/2 to 3/4 cup soy, almond or regular milk
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until very smooth. If consistency is too thick, add more milk until desired thickness is achieved.
