Your morning breaky just got a whole lot tastier (and easier!)

We know, you've heard it a million times before: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Yada yada yada. But did you know that it can also be the most satisfying? the most delicious? pack the most nutrition to set you up for the best day? Take our latest recipe for a crunchy breakfast muesli that's whipped up the night before and then topped with such things as the probiotic powerhouse kefir (though if you're not a fan simply use Greek yogurt instead,) chia seeds, strawberries and mango right before gobbling it down. However you top it, we promise your morning breaky just got a little tastier AND healthier.
2 cups thick cut rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1/4 cup dried mango, diced
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
2 - 3 cups milk (coconut, almond, soy or regular)
Kefir or Greek Yogurt
In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the muesli and stir well. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, top with kefir or greek yogurt, chia seeds, strawberries and mango. Enjoy!
Tip: This muesli can be topped with any ingredients you and your family like! Try fresh berries, sliced banana, diced nectarine or even raw cocoa beans, goji berries or your favourite toasted nuts.
