1 cup thick-cut rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
mango or peach slices
Stir oats, chia seeds, milk and cinnamon together in a bowl. Place in fridge overnight.
In the morning top with whatever you like - fresh berries, nuts, dried fruit, sliced banana, sliced peach or mango, greek yogurt, jam are some of our faves!
