A healthy, fast and super fresh weeknight dinner

All you need is 5 simple ingredients to make one of our favourite weeknight dinners.
1 thin crust store-bought pizza crust
1/2 cup tomato basil pizza sauce
6 slices prosciutto
1/2 cup baby arugula leaves
1/4 cup shaved Parmesan
Preheat oven to 425 F. Prepare a pizza stone or line a round baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place pizza crust on a clean work surface. Spoon tomato sauce into the center of the crust and spread evenly to the edges. Drape prosciutto slices over top. Bake in oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until crust is golden and prosciutto is starting to crisp around the edges. Remove from oven and sprinkle all over with fresh baby arugula leaves and shaved Parmesan. Cut into 4 to 6 wedges and serve immediately with a green salad.
